Situated on a 40 hectares parcel dedicated to residential use, this project will host the sales and marketing department for the development in addition to a small Hotel and Recreation Center.

The context is changing rapidly and this building, the first to be built in the property, will also be the gate into it. We conceived the building as a two level (one partially underground) elongated structure holding a small tower on top. It was our intention to make the building very transparent at the moment it touches the ground, with a thick ceiling , articulated to echo the strong topography. A cloud floating close to the ground capturing , like a shadow, a piece of the territory.

The building is white and we hope that its position in the land, along with the strong sun, will make it appear subtle and calm offering the visitors a warm welcome to the property. Its peculiar shape will become an icon of identity and a symbol of the quality of the residential development, similar to a big flag floating in the sky. The solid large wall of the tower, with its small openings will allow the registration of the sun light as it projects onto the surfaces of the tower floors adding drama to the space, changing during the course of the day as the sun moves westward in the afternoon. The tower position on top of its base allows for all the rooms in the hotel to face the beautiful vistas to the north, where the lake and its backdrop of hills becomes most dramatic. The building is intended both as a very strong piece of architecture and, in its uses, a sophisticated oasis for its users.
