VIEWS: recognizing that the desired orientation of the residential units is South and the best views to the lake face east and west, the project is organized with residential bands that oscillate to produce multiple views to the desired orientations.

WATER: we propose to create water canals that run east-west to create a connection between the two shores of the lake and promote many opportunities for all residents to be near the water and have water related activities.

ORIENTATION: most of the units will have two orientations to take advantage of the existing surroundings.

LANDSCAPE: landscaped areas will run along the water canals and especial outdoor recreational activities, always culminating along the east and west shores of the lake.

DENSITY: based of the specific requirements for F.A.R. we are proposing the following F.A.R per phase:

EXISTING VEGETATION: we intend to preserve most of the existing trees by creating holes in the residential bands to let the trees pass through. When the trees intersect the water canals we will create small islands that can be used for recreational activities by the residents.
